Patch – Portable Eurorack Case 12U

Compact and lightweight 12U / 66HP Eurorack case, designed to transport your system patched and ready to play.

I designed PATCH for my own setup. After years of carrying cases that were too heavy, too bulky, or simply not suited to the way I play, I wanted something compact enough to carry in a backpack, easy to open on a table, and designed to keep my patch exactly where I left it.

The folding construction allows you to close the case with your system still patched, so you can transport it without disconnecting your patch cables.

Despite its capacity (66HP × 4 rows), the case weighs approximately 1.6 kg, offering a practical balance between size, capacity, and portability.

Design

The side panels feature functional openings that allow access to USB and MIDI connections from Eurorack modules, such as Metropolix or Jomox, while the modules remain installed in the case.

The case can be built with an optional rear power cutout, allowing the power supply to sit behind the rails. This creates more usable space inside the case, while reducing the available module depth around the power area.

Without the rear cutout, the power supply can be mounted on the front.

Module Depth

• Top section: 40 mm
• Bottom section: 55 mm for deeper modules

With the rear power cutout:

• Top section: 20 mm around the power area
• Bottom section: 35 mm around the power area

The remaining areas retain their full depth.

Please check the depth of your modules before ordering.
